Privacy at FinWasl

This notice explains how FinWasl handles personal and business information used to provide the FinWasl Financial Autopilot and related financial-intelligence services.

Last updated · 12 August 2026

01

Information we process

Account and workspace details, authorized-user information, business activity you choose to record, uploaded evidence, support requests, plan/usage data and limited security/technical logs. Do not upload card security codes, online-banking passwords, government-ID numbers or unrelated sensitive personal information.

02

Purposes and control

We process information to create and secure your workspace, organize confirmed business activity, provide reports and AI features you request, administer subscriptions and FinCredits, provide support, prevent abuse and improve the service using minimized analytics. We do not silently turn unconfirmed capture into financial truth.

03

Your privacy choices and rights

You may contact FinWasl to request access to personal information, a copy, correction, deletion where applicable, or to object to processing. Where processing depends on consent, you may withdraw that consent for future processing. Account closure or deletion requests can be submitted through Support.

04

AI and service providers

When you request an AI task, the server sends only the authorized context needed for that task to the configured AI provider. Cloud, authentication, payment, email or other contracted providers may process limited information needed to deliver their service. International processing is assessed and controlled as part of provider onboarding.

05

Files, retention and accuracy

Receipts, PDFs and voice files are uploaded privately and linked to the authorized workspace. We aim to keep information relevant and accurate and retain it only for the service, security, audit, dispute and applicable legal needs. Retention periods may differ by record type.

06

Security and access boundaries

Access is scoped by organization, branch and role. Protected operations resolve authorization server-side. The current commercial pilot does not collect subscription card details or process subscription payments. Future hosted checkout, if enabled, remains separate from FinWasl Pay.

07

Sensitive and special information

FinWasl is a business financial-intelligence product. Do not use free-text, uploads or support forms to submit health, religious, children’s, criminal, marital or other special-category personal information unless a specific legally reviewed workflow explicitly asks for it.

08

Marketing and communications

Service messages may be required to operate your account. Optional marketing or partner communications should use the preference/consent provided for that purpose and can be stopped through the available opt-out or support process.

Operator & legal contact

The operating legal identity is being finalized. Legal name, registered address, contact email and commercial-registration details must be published before unrestricted self-service launch. Use Contact for current enquiries.

Privacy controls are designed for a Qatar-first service with personal-data privacy and electronic-transactions requirements in mind. This operating notice does not replace final counsel review for the legal operator before unrestricted public launch.
